Donald Freed, Playwright

Donald Freed is an award-winning playwright whose career has spanned many decades. Among his achievements are his critically-acclaimed Broadway Play INQUEST (The United States V. Julius and Ethel Rosenberg), a decades-long collaboration with Harold Pinter in the United Kingdom and America, and most recently, a residency at York Theatre Royal, North Yorkshire, UK. He also conducted a renowned series of seminars of developking playwrights at London's Old Vic, and his works have frequently been performed at the Mercury Theatre in Colchester. Mr. Freed currently lives in Los Angeles and is in residence at the Los Angeles Theatre Center. Harold Pinter has said "Donald Freed is a writer of blazing imagination, courage, and insight. His work is a unique and fearless marriage of politics and art".

Author, actor, fimmaker, Anthony Arkin was last seen as Leo Garvey on "The Late Show" with David Letterman, He is the director of two award-winning films: the short subject, Future Rob, and the feature documentary, State of Rock.
